Global Trainee Program
The Global Trainee Program (GTP) is offered by Clinica del Deporte, an Argentina medical center in the city of La Plata. The center specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of injuries, and it is one of the only four Argentine centers accredited by ISAKOS, the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee, Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine.

Which is the Goal of the program?
The goal of the program is to shape future professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of injuries. The program provides the Trainees with the opportunity to gain supervised practical experience alongside with theoretical knowledge.
Who can apply?
Students in their final year of study as well as graduates in Medicine, Physiotherapy or Physical Education, can apply to the GTP. Candidates of all nationalities are welcome.
Which is the content?
The program has four main areas:
- Health Care, where the trainee participates in doctors' offices.
- Rehabilitation, The trainee learns how different injures are treated by the Physiotherapist's team.
- Surgery, the trainee will be able to share OR experiences
- Athenaeum, the trainee will be able to attend to the Athenaeum, where patient cases are discussed and solved by the entire professional team.

The program is managed by Vicente Paus, MD.
How long is the program?
The duration depends on the candidate. It will be arranged before the beginning.
